As a teen, Evert worked at Coops in Halle, allowing him in-depth understanding of grain processing. He has always been passionate about controlling his own ration by knowing exactly what is in the ration and removing any unhealthy fillers.
In 2013 we started roasting our own beans to decrease our feed cost. This proved to be successful however we were limited with how much we could make per hour and feed per cow/day because of fat suppression.
For years we have been researching equipment to remove oil from the bean. We believe we choose the best equipment in the industry to take raw beans and corn and make highly digestible premium meal.
With the perfect blend of extruded corn and soybeans and high-quality forage, we are confident the cows will thrive. Our next goal is to create the perfect Robot mesh to promote visits and increase the early milk curve. But most of all, we are excited to see how our Calves will thrive and grow when they are fed 30% higher digestible corn.
